We adhere to prolonged testing aging before, during, and after production, which helps explain why our products consistently achieve such high levels of reliability and performance. Here are a few issues that we control to ensure the quality of our products:

 

All materials provided by our suppliers are placed in inventory and verified so that we can detect any changes that can change the risk of using our products. In addition, the components that regularly obtain these materials are controlled in the environmental control room, which is our serious and reliable testing is very valuable. These tests are designed to identify and eliminate any issues that may arise when our products are exposed to sudden temperature changes.

When it comes to quality issues, we have developed conceptualized capabilities for our products, rigorous and reliable methods. Our design philosophy is based on a comprehensive internal document that elaborates on the consistency of our design department in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

Our commitment is that quality is not limited to our design process. In our silk printing department, strict control of the process has been combined with ultra modern equipment such as photo colorimeters and ultraviolet rays in our production process to ensure the highest standards of printing.

 

 

The staff of our assembly department, the person in charge of operations, are careful with the shape of each of our products. Their main participants are in the heart of our company. In fact, we successfully completed our extensive manufacturing process, and at the beginning, we received an order that relied on them. For this reason, our production department is a good team, and our testing department is in progress.

To verify the action behavior of our Membrane keypads, desktop tests were conducted on samples from each production batch. Strict quality control is implemented during the production process to extend beyond the order shipment, in order to enable us to detect half the defects, but it is unlikely. Therefore, due to a device specifically designed to reproduce millions of actuators, we are in a position to ensure absolute reliable performance.
