Analysis of Installation Problems of Pressure Sensor Manufacturers
Correct installation
1. The correct installation method for pressure sensors:
(1) Verify the frequency response of the pressure sensor under normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions through appropriate instruments.
(2) Verify the correctness of the pressure sensor coding and the corresponding frequency response signal.
2. Determine the specific installation location
In order to determine the number and specific installation location of pressure sensors, it is necessary to consider the various inflatable parts of the inflatable mesh.
(1) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable and preferably on the cable connector.
(2) Each cable should have no less than 4 pressure sensors, and the two pressure sensors near the telephone office should not be separated by 200 meters.
(3) Install one cable at the beginning and end of each cable.
(4) Each cable should be installed with a branch point. If two branch points are close together (less than 100 meters), only one can be installed.
(5) Cable laying method should be installed (overhead, underground)
(6) For cables without branches, due to the same cable program for the barrier, the installation specification of the pressure sensor is not 500m, and the total number is not less than 4.
(7) In order to facilitate the determination of the fault point of the pressure sensor, in addition to installing the pressure sensor at the starting point, an additional one needs to be installed from the starting point of 150-200m. Of course, in design, economic and technical factors must be considered, and installation is not necessary. The pressure sensor should not be installed.
Check dimensions
If the size of the installation hole is not appropriate, the threaded part of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor is prone to wear during installation, which not only affects the sealing performance of the equipment, but also hinders the complete operation of the sensor and may even cause safety hazards. Only the correct installation hole can avoid thread wear. Installation holes can usually be tested using a mounting hole gauge to make appropriate adjustments.
