Circuit Layer

The circuit layer is manufactured by silk printing conductive silver ink on non-conductive polyester materials. Representative polyester materials have high performance and strong thermal stability. Our company can also provide circuit boards for other boards. Please refer to the factory for more detailed information.
The exposed lines need to be coated with a carbon layer as additional protection. If necessary, the lines also need to be bridged and UV insulation oil silk printed between two sets of cross lines to provide insulation. In order to prevent the lines from being oxidized and conductive silver falling off, UV insulation oil needs to be coated as protection.
A simple circuit diagram only uses a complete single circuit, without the need for bridging; Only a complete single circuit can be used for complex circuit diagrams with individual solutions; More complex circuit diagrams are usually generated due to the constraints of customer designed patterns, and our factory's designers will provide engineers with the most reasonable solution.
(1) Dual chip circuit
This type of circuit is mainly used for matrix and X-Y conversion outputs, with one set of thin film switches connected at the lower circuit and the other at the upper circuit layer.
(2) Monolithic line with bridging
When two sets of lines intersect, UV insulation ink should be screen printed between them. This program will increase the number of screen printing times and the cost will also increase accordingly. Designers should try to avoid line crossings when redesigning the route.
(3) Double sided PCB circuit board
Similar to the characteristics of circuits, they can also be made on rigid PCB materials. The connection of circuits is from one circuit plane to another, and the cutting and screen printing process is also a necessary part of this technology.
