The appearance and punching are both integral parts of the membrane switch, which are pressed using specialized machines through high-precision molds.

The appearance and punching molds are all manufactured by our factory using specialized mold machines, with high accuracy and low cost.
What are the important design considerations?
(1) For membrane switches that require high precision, molds must be used
(2) The mold has an impact on the price of membrane switches
(3) The price varies depending on the accuracy and complexity of the mold shape
(4) When processing the same type of membrane switch (the mold does not need to be remade) again, there is no need to pay for the mold fee
